Tomasu Salt, crafted from gros sel de Guérande, harvested in Bretagne, France. With salt being one of our four ingredients it felt natural to create a soy sauce infused salt. We fill barrels with salt and top them with freshly pressed soy sauce, allowing the flavours to meld and mature into a uniquely flavourful salt. This seasonal batch is infused with locally foraged wild garlic, adding a fresh herbal note. The leaves are dried and added to the salt.
