f you know us a little, you know nothing goes to waste. When we strained our Tarragon Soy Sauce, the tarragon leaves were still there, soaked through with our soy sauce. So we dried them and ground them together with our salt. The tarragon came from the herb garden of Sint-Catharinadal, the oldest women's monastery in the Netherlands, picked in summer at its peak. Two products from one harvest, both from the same corner of the same garden.
