At first glance, a sports car brand and a soy sauce brewery have little in common. One is built for speed, the other asks for patience. But look a little closer and you find the same mindset: always curious, always figuring out the next steps. We are convinced our best soy sauce is still to be made. A collaboration with Porsche Netherlands is not something we ever saw coming. And yet, it fits.

Our soy sauce ferments in former whisky barrels, and every barrel gets a unique number. In 2026 we were heading towards barrel 1000. But before we got there, another number came up. One that means a great deal more to Porsche than to us: barrel 911. Pure coincidence. Sometimes you choose the moment. Sometimes it chooses you.
Barrel 911 is the result of a journey of at least three years, with every step in our own hands, from the ground to the bottle.

The short doc
Along the way, a camera followed us. The result is a short documentary by Porsche. It shows how we work: doing everything ourselves, learning as we go, and believing the next barrel can always be a little better.
The soy sauce from barrel 911 was released in a very limited run and never made it to the shops. The film is there for everyone, though. Just like every Porsche 911, every barrel of ours is unique. Used once, carefully selected, and slowly brought to flavour. Every drop brewed with the same attention.
