Lamb burgers with Tomasu

Ingredients
- 600g lamb mince
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- Tomasu Soy Sauce to taste
- Pepper and salt to taste
Preparation
Put the minced meat in a bowl. Add pepper, salt, chopped onion and the soy sauce and mix everything together with your hands. Be careful not to do this for too long or your burgers will be too compact. Divide the minced meat and form nice burgers.
Grill the burgers on a hot grill/BBQ or in a frying pan with a little oil. You only sear the burgers and make a nice crust. Now you put the still raw burgers on a baking tray or plate to rest.
The burgers still need 5-10 minutes of cooking time in the pan/oven or BBQ again, so plan when you are going to serve that the burgers are baked in time. They can still be nice and pink on the inside.
